Don’t Ask Don’t Tell repealed 65-31!

December 18, 2010. A great day! Historic vote in the US Senate to repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.  The vote was 65-31.  8 Republicans voted for repeal.  I created a design to commemorate this historic event.  Now it’s up to Obama and the Joint Chiefs to implement.

During the course of debate to bring the bill to a vote, Senator Harry Reid quoted former Senator Barry Goldwater’s “you don’t have to be straight to shoot straight”.
